The Orange County Training Officers (OCTO) Section of the OCFCA proudly serves the OC fire chiefs by collaborating on the development and delivery of training that is important to the entire county and by working closely together to ensure that fire personnel county-wide are trained and ready to work across boundaries while overcoming the challenges facing the modern fire service.
